Groomed 4 lovely pets today. One young puppy had just been desexed and had very bad matting on her legs, which had to be clipped off close to the skin.
This may have been prevented if she had been groomed before she went in for desexing and then checking for any clipped off hair in her coat after she came home from the clinic. Vets clip off the hair for surgery, but usually do not remove any loose bits from the surrounding coat. These can create matts in the coat when your dog returns home.
