Please cancel grooming appointments if you are not able to attend your dogs grooming session. Just missing grooming appointments or not notifying me that you will not be coming, has consequences for my business.

Today I had a very late booking at 4:30pm, which was made by special arrangement for a young girl, who wanted her rotty to be bathed.

I waited and waited but she did not show up. I am amazed at the lack of consideration some people give to small business operators who are working alone.

A simple text message to say that she would not be coming would have been greatly appreciated, and then …….

I could have gotten into the shower earlier.

I could have re-booked her appointment time with another customer.

I could have knocked off early and gone shopping.
