Everyone loves a compliment, myself included. I take pleasure in hearing that people love my dog grooming service. It is satisfying to see testimonials from real people up on the web: via my website, my google+ page, womo, google searches, yelp, tru local and yellow pages.
But sometimes customers might not understand why their dog’s haircut does not turn out as they expect.
I do try and be explicit on what I am going to do in the way of his grooming but sometimes the message does not sink in too well, usually when one partner brings the dog in and another picks the dog up.
I do try and rectify any parts of the grooming style that the customer is not happy with. I can make changes to the length and shape but I cannot put hair back on after it has been clipped off. Any constructive criticism is gratefully appreciated. (Maybe those bows don’t look good on the male dogs!)
